Where will the concert be held?
Parking lot of Clark State's Leffel Lane campus (570 East Leffel Lane). All patrons must enter from the Leffel Lane entrance.
What kind of vehicle can I come in?
The only vehicles that are permitted are cars, SUVs, mini-vans or trucks. Any vehicles larger than those listed will be turned away.
How will I get my tickets?
Tickets must be purchased in advance. You will be checked in at the gate from the Leffel Lane entrance. You will receive a tag to hang in your car which will denote you are a ticket holder.
How early should I arrive?
The parking lot will open beginning at 6 p.m. Entrance to concert is from Leffel Lane only.
Are there assigned parking spaces?
No. The spaces are first-come, first-served. You will be directed to your space when you arrive. However, larger vehicles will be moved toward the back of the parking lot so that they do not block line of sight for smaller vehicles.
Is there a limit to the number of people per vehicle?
No. However, please be sure that you are comfortable as you will need to remain in your vehicle the duration of the concert.
Can I have a tailgate party?
No. Tailgate parties and lawn chairs are not permitted. Patrons must remain in their vehicles during the concert.
Will there be concessions available to purchase?
No. However, patrons are welcome to bring their own. Trash receptacles will be available, so please do not leave trash on the ground.
Will bathrooms be open?
Port-A-Johns will be available for all patrons, including wheel chair accessible stations. Please wear masks while standing in line maintaining social distancing protocols of at least 6' apart.
What happens if it rains? Will I receive a refund?
If the concert is canceled due to bad weather, we have rain dates available for either Sunday, June 14 or Monday, June 15. We will not offer refunds.
